Pairing

Perfect to accompany grilled red meats with vegetables and sweet desserts such as quince or guava ate, add cubes of Manchego cheese to this last option to enjoy an exquisite combination.

Enjoying it as a straight drink is perfect and it is a great combination to accompany it with a medium-strength cigar or cigar.

In cocktails it works in mixtures such as carajillo, changing the Licor 43 for Mezcal Miter Ancestral, a shot of expresso coffee and agave honey all put in the shake so that it is super frozen or just serve it in an old fashion glass with ice and three grains of coffee.

Nose: Expressive and complex, with a fruity character oriented towards citrus such as orange peel, lime, grapefruit and a discreet banana note, accompanied by herbal aromas of green leaves, pine and wild herbs.
