Return Policy for Defective or Damaged Products:

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will do our best to correct the situation immediately.
• The buyer will receive a refund for defective or damaged products. Or if the customer wishes, replace their item.
• We take the quality of our products very seriously and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Time Period to Request Returns:

• Customers have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of their order to request a return.

Conditions to Accept Returns:

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

1. The product must be broken or damaged upon delivery.
2. The product must be in its original and unopened packaging.
3. In the case of problems with the bottle cap, returns will be accepted only if the product has not been consumed and the problem relates solely to the cap.
