Este drink con mezcal, guayaba y piloncillo es ideal para la temporada navideña.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
- 1 oz Piloncillo Syrup
- 6 oz Hot Water
- 2 Slices of Guava
- Hibiscus Flower
Preparation and Technique:
In a cup, place two slices of guava and lightly crush them with a spoon to release flavor. Add Mezcal Mitre Origen, piloncillo syrup, hibiscus flower, and hot water. Let it steep for 5 minutes and enjoy.
Recommendation:
Use a stirrer to mix and achieve the reddish color from the hibiscus.
