VIOLET

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
• 2.5 oz Beet Kombucha
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup

Preparation:

In a mixing glass, add ice, Mezcal Mitre Origen, and Beet Kombucha. Also, add the lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir all the ingredients in the glass for 20 seconds. In a goblet glass, fill halfway with ice and strain the mixture using a strainer.

Recommendation:

Garnish with a violet flower.
