Sour Tamborines


  1. 60 ml Mitre Origen Tamborines
  2. 30 ml Lemon Juice
  3. 10 ml Simple Syrup
  4. 40 ml Egg White
  5. 10 g Worm Salt

Preparation and Technique:

In a shaker, place the strainer's worm to generate foam, then add lemon juice and simple syrup. Also, add Mitre Origen Tamborines and egg white. Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds or until foam forms, add a couple of ice cubes, and shake for another 15 seconds.

Serve in a martini glass rimmed with lemon and worm salt, slightly opening the shaker to maintain the foamy consistency.
