Paloma Spicy Mitre


  • 0.3 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 tsp Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 Jalapeño, sliced
  • 2 sprigs of Cilantro
  • 1.5 oz Quinine Water
  • Ice

Preparation and Technique:

In a shaker, muddle the cilantro sprigs, sliced jalapeño, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and Mezcal Mitre Origen for 15 seconds. Add ice halfway and shake for another 15 seconds. Fill an old fashioned glass halfway with ice and strain the mixture into it. Finish by topping up with quinine water.


Garnish with a dried orange slice.
