Prueba la tradicional paloma negra pero con un toque de mezcal.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- Grapefruit Slices
- Sparkling water
Preparation and Technique:
In a highball glass, pour Mezcal Mitre Origen, coffee liqueur, and grapefruit juice. Add two large ice cubes or enough to fill just over halfway of the glass, then mix for 15 seconds and top up with sparkling water.
Recommendation:
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit inside the cocktail.
