Mojito de Mandarina Mitre


  • 45 ml Mezcal Mitre Origen
  • 2 Mandarins
  • 4 Mint leaves
  • 2 slices Ginger
  • 90 ml Sparkling water

Preparation and technique:

In a shaker, place the mandarins, mint leaves, ginger, and Mezcal Mitre Origen. Muddle until extracting all the fruit juice, then add ice halfway. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a highball glass using double straining technique.


Garnish with a sprig of mint.
