mitre coctel mezcal


  • 0.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
  • 1.5 oz Eucalyptus-Infused Mitre
  • 0.6 oz Sour Lemon Juice
  • 0.3 oz Yellow Lemon
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.3 oz Rosemary Syrup
  • 2 sprigs of Mint
  • 5 Basil Leaves


Directly add into a bowl the mint sprigs, basil leaves, sour lemon juice, Mezcal Mitre Origen, yellow lemon, simple syrup, rosemary syrup, eucalyptus-infused Mitre, muddle until the herbal notes and essences of the leaves are released. Add crushed ice to the top and mix with a stirrer.


Garnish with the remaining mint sprig, basil leaves, and one-eighth of a yellow lemon. For the infusion, add Mezcal Mitre Origen and 5 eucalyptus leaves into a bottle and let infuse for 5 hours.
