  • 1.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
  • 0.6 oz Ancho Reyes Liqueur
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.6 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 dried jalapeño chili

Preparation and Technique:

In a shaker, add ice, Mezcal Mitre Origen, Ancho Reyes liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice, and orange juice. Shake for 15 seconds.


Serve with a double straining technique in a glass rimmed with worm salt. You can garnish with a dried jalapeño chili.
