Mandarine Mitre


  • 1.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
  • 4-5 Mandarin Segments
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
  • Shredded Coconut

Preparation and Technique:

In a shaker, place the mandarin segments and orange liqueur, muddle until extracting all the juice from the fruit. Add Mezcal Mitre Origen, coconut cream, and agave nectar. Fill the shaker halfway with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Add crushed ice halfway into an old fashioned glass previously rimmed with agave nectar and shredded coconut. Serve using a double straining technique.


Garnish with a mandarin skewer and sprigs of mint or mint.
