JAGUAR SOUR

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
• 1.5 oz Passion Fruit Pulp
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Egg Whites or1 oz Aqua Faba
• Red Fruit Jam and Activated Charcoal

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to create foam. Dot some red fruit jam inside a glass and pour the mixture over it.

Recommendation:

Garnish with a jaguar-shaped topper on the foam.
