  • 70 grams Mango, diced
  • 70 grams Ice
  • 1.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
  • 0.6 oz Orange Liqueur
  • 0.6 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Yellow Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Chamoy
  • 10 grams Tajín seasoning

Preparation and Technique:

In a blender, add 5 ice cubes, mango, Mezcal Mitre Origen, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and yellow lemon juice. Blend until smooth.


Serve in a glass with a base of chamoy and rimmed with chamoy and Tajín seasoning.
