  • 2 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
  • 0.6 oz Herbal Liqueur
  • 0.8 oz Rosemary Syrup
  • 0.6 oz Lemon Juice
  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice
  • Cotton Candy Flower for garnish

Preparation and Technique:

In a shaker, add all ingredients except the cotton candy flower, add ice to the top, and shake for 15 seconds. Pour the mixture into a large glass with ice cubes using a double straining technique, garnish with cotton candy flower.


If needed, complement the drink with crushed ice.
