Espresso Polar Mitre


  • 1.2 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
  • 1.6 oz Espresso Coffee
  • 0.3 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Dark Beer

Preparation and Technique:

In a mixing glass, add Mezcal Mitre Origen, espresso coffee, and cinnamon syrup. Stir for 10 seconds. Fill an old fashioned glass halfway with ice and pour the mixture. Finish with a top of dark beer and gently stir for 5 seconds.


Garnish with a star anise.
