El Oaxaqueño Mezcal Mitre


  • 1.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Espadín
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.6 oz Agave Syrup
  • 2 Hoja Santa leaves

Preparation and technique:

In a shaker, muddle one Hoja Santa leaf with Mezcal Mitre Espadín, lemon juice, and agave syrup. Muddle the ingredients well for 20 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a glass over fresh ice and a Hoja Santa leaf.


Garnish with a lime wheel and Hoja Santa leaf.
