El Diablo Mezcal Mitre


  • 1.3 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
  • 0.3 oz Crema de Cassis
  • 0.3 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Ginger Ale Ice

Preparation and Technique:

Place ice in a shaker, add Mezcal Mitre Origen, lemon juice, and Crema de Cassis. Shake for 15 seconds. In a highball glass, add a medium-sized ice cube. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the highball glass. Fill to the top with Ginger Ale.


Decorate with a slice of yellow lemon.
