  1. 1.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
  2. 0.5 oz Aperol
  3. 3 oz Grapefruit Juice
  4. 0.6 oz Lemon Juice
  5. 1 oz Agave Syrup
  6. 1.5 oz Quinine Water


Preparation and Technique:

Use a mixing glass to combine Mezcal Mitre Origen with Aperol, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and agave syrup. Then shake with ice, strain, and add quinine water.


Serve in a balloon glass with ice to taste.

You can garnish with dried grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
