Este drink con mezcal y toronja es fácil de preparar en casa.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 3 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.6 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Agave Syrup
- 1.5 oz Quinine Water
Preparation and Technique:
Use a mixing glass to combine Mezcal Mitre Origen with Aperol, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and agave syrup. Then shake with ice, strain, and add quinine water.
Recommendation:
Serve in a balloon glass with ice to taste.
You can garnish with dried grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
