El BotaneroIngredients:

  • 1.5 Oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
  • 4 Oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.3 Oz Agave Nectar
  • 0.5 Oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup diced Pineapple
  • Lemon
  • Worm Salt
  • Ice

Preparation and Technique:

Place the diced pineapple chunks in a previously rimmed old-fashioned glass with lemon and worm salt. Add lemon juice and muddle for 15 seconds. Add Mezcal Mitre Origen, ice, pineapple juice, and agave nectar. Mix for 10 seconds.


Decorate with a pineapple skewer and worm salt.
