Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 1.5 oz Champagne
- Edible Silver Glitter
- Ice
Preparation and Technique:
In a shaker, fill halfway with ice. Add Mezcal Mitre Origen, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add 2 teaspoons of edible silver glitter and shake for 15 seconds. Serve in a highball glass and top up with champagne.
