cocon coctel mezcal mitre

Ingredients:

  • 1.3 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1.1 oz Dried Chili Syrup
  • 0.6 oz Ancho Reyes
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • 3 slices Fresh Cucumber
  • Top of Ginger Beer
  • Guajillo Chili Tail

Preparation:

In a shaker, place two slices of cucumber and muddle thoroughly to break them down. Add lemon juice, orange juice, dried chili syrup, Mezcal Mitre Origen, Ancho Reyes, and ice. Perform a hard shake to fully integrate all ingredients.

Recommendation:

Serve in a highball glass (without straining) and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a cucumber slice and the guajillo chili tail.
