Ingredients:
- 1.3 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
- 4 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Elderflower Monin
- 0.3 oz Agave Syrup
- 1/2 Yellow Lemon
- 1 oz Egg White
- 1 Flower for garnish
Preparation and Technique:
In a shaker, add the egg white, agave syrup, juice of half a yellow lemon, elderflower Monin, Mezcal Mitre Origen, and perform a dry shake. Add ice, pineapple juice, and shake vigorously until all ingredients are well mixed.
Recommendation:
Serve with a double strain technique in a lowball glass with ice. You can garnish with a flower.
