Carajillo Zaragoza Mezcal Mitre


  • 1/2 tablespoon Crushed Walnut
  • 1.5 oz Mitre Origen
  • 0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Evaporated Milk
  • 0.5 oz Agave Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Jamaica Powder Ice

Preparation and technique:

Fill a shaker with plenty of ice and add coffee liqueur, evaporated milk, and Mezcal Mitre Origen. Add agave syrup and crushed walnut. Shake for 15 seconds.


Serve in a martini glass using a strainer and garnish with a sugar rim dusted with jamaica powder.
