Barbie Mezcal Mitre


  • 1.7 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
  • 40 gr Pitaya
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.3 oz Agave Nectar
  • 3 slices Ginger Mint leaves
  • 1.5 oz Sparkling water

Preparation and Technique:

In a shaker, place half of the pitaya cut into cubes along with the ginger slices. Muddle for 15 seconds or until all the juice is extracted from the fruit. Add Mezcal Mitre Origen, lemon juice, a dash of agave nectar, and mint leaves to the shaker. Fill halfway with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a Barbie-worthy glass using a strainer and top up with sparkling water.


Garnish with a pitaya skewer and a mint leaf.
