PAIRING
PAIRING
It is recommended to drink it straight for the majesty of the blend or to enjoy it with cold meats and olives.
It is also a great accompaniment to international dishes such as pasta, soufflé and even sushi and cold preparations to harmonize and not overshadow hot dishes. It is also a great combination with semi-sweet or bitter chocolate.
Flavor Notes
Flavor Notes
View: Crystal clear and bright.
Nose: Great complexity of aromas reminiscent of stalks, earth and wet grass, highlighting its genuineness. Green fruits such as quince come to the fore, as well as notes of citrus and clay, without leaving aside the toasted notes.
Palate: On the palate, its aromas are confirmed and even enhanced, as is the case with smoked aromas, in a pleasant way and remaining in the aftertaste along with the fruity notes. Sensations such as acidity, astringency and bitterness coexist harmoniously, making the potency of the 45° alcohol content of this mezcal pleasant to perceive.
