Yes. Mezcal Mitre is made from 100% agave and contains no gluten.

Yes. Select Mezcal Mitre expressions are crafted using certified organic agave, grown under sustainable agricultural practices that honor both the land and traditional mezcal production.
Does Mezcal Mitre contain allergens?

No. Our mezcal contains no common allergens such as wheat, dairy, soy, or nuts. It is produced without additives, flavorings, or artificial ingredients.
What is the alcohol percentage?

Alcohol content varies by expression and ranges from 24.5% ABV to 45% ABV.
Examples include:
- Mitre Origen Tamborines — 24.5% ABV
- Mitre Reposado / Espadín — approximately 40% and 42% ABV
- Mitre Ancestral — up to 45% ABV

Mezcal Mitre is naturally kosher by ingredient; however, it is not currently certified kosher.

Yes. Someone 21 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID must be present to sign for the delivery.
If no eligible recipient is available, the carrier will attempt delivery two additional times before returning the package.

No. Due to adult signature requirements, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Estimated transit times after fulfillment:

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 14 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact support@mezcalmitre.com within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

If an order is returned due to an address error or failed delivery attempts, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs and a $20 restocking fee.
