JAGUARS BLOOD

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
• 0.3 oz Maggi Sauce
• 0.3 oz Worcestershire Sauce
• 0.6 oz Lemon Juice
• 2 oz Clamato
• 5 grams Tajín seasoning
• Beer to top off

Preparation and Technique:

Rim a glass with lemon and Tajín seasoning, add Mezcal Mitre Origen, lemon juice, Maggi sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Clamato, and top it off with beer. Add ice to your preference and shake with a mixer.

Recommendation:

Garnish with a cucumber or celery leaf.
