MEXICAN SUMMER
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
- 70 gr Lemon, Mint, and Basil Gelato
- 2 oz Sparkling water
Preparation:
In a shaker, add Mezcal Mitre Origen, a scoop of Lemon, Mint, and Basil Gelato, and fill halfway with sparkling water. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a martini glass using a strainer.
