HEART OF GRINCH

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
• 1 oz Cucumber Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 0.3 oz Lemon Juice
• Frozen Strawberry
• 1.5 oz Sparkling water
• Ice

Preparation:

In a shaker, add ice halfway, Mezcal Mitre Origen, and cucumber juice. Also add lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake for 15 seconds. Serve using a strainer into a martini glass and top up with sparkling water.

Recommendation:

Garnish with a frozen strawberry to simulate the Grinch's heart.
