CLASSIC MARGARITA

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
• 1 oz Orange Liqueur
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz Eureka Lemon Juice
• 10 grams Pink Salt

Preparation and Technique:

In a shaker, add ice, Mezcal Mitre Origen, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake for 15 seconds and strain using a double strainer technique.

Recommendation:

Serve in a glass rimmed with lemon and salt. You can garnish with a lemon slice.
