CHRISTMAS TONIC

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
• 1sprig of Rosemary
• 4 Raspberries
• 2 oz Tonic Water
• 2 oz Still Water

Preparation:

Pour still water halfway into an old fashioned glass and add the raspberries. Tie the rosemary sprig at the tip using a thin ribbon, fix the remaining ends with tape to the sides of the glass to keep the rosemary centered, and freeze for two hours. Add Mezcal Mitre Origen and finish with a top of tonic water.

Recommendation:

Garnish with a raspberry.
