Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Mezcal Mitre Origen
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine
- Ice
Preparation:
Place ice in a shaker, Mezcal Mitre Origen, simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake for 10 seconds. Serve in a tall glass and top up with champagne or sparkling wine.
Recommendation:
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
